Acceptable Use Policy

You may not:

• Upload a photo or voice sample of any person without their documented consent, unless the person is you.
• Generate content depicting any identifiable real person without their documented consent.
• Generate content depicting any minor in any sexualized context.
• Generate content of any politician, public official, or public figure that could reasonably be mistaken for an authentic statement, action, or appearance by that person.

You may not generate:

• Sexual content depicting any real person.
• Sexual content depicting any minor.
• Non-consensual sexual content (sometimes called “deepfake pornography”) of any kind.

We do not currently produce explicit content via the Service. This rule covers attempts to coax such content out of our models through prompt manipulation, reference media, or any other channel.

You may not use the Service to:

• Defraud or financially harm any person.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization to mislead a third party.
• Promote conspiracy theories or coordinated misleading narratives.
• Influence elections through synthetic media depicting candidates.

You may not generate content that:

• Targets, harasses, or threatens a specific person or group.
• Promotes violence against any group based on identity (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age).
• Glorifies, promotes, or recruits for terrorist organizations or mass-casualty events.
• Depicts graphic real-world violence or gore for shock value.

You may not use the Service:

• In violation of any law that applies to you or to MagicActors.
• To produce content depicting illegal acts.
• To infringe any third party’s intellectual property, right of publicity, or other legal rights.
• To produce malware, phishing content, or fraud assets.

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Bypass rate limits, balance gates, or anti-abuse controls.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account.
• Submit content designed to extract another user’s data.

If you see content produced via MagicActors that violates this AUP, email abuse@magicactors.com. Include the render id (visible in the URL bar of the playback page) if you can.

We may suspend an account immediately on a credible report of a serious violation. Less severe issues typically get a warning + a chance to correct first. Repeat violations and any violation involving minors are grounds for immediate permanent termination without refund.
