Terms of Service

MagicActors lets you generate AI-driven video using third-party providers we route through. The Service is sold as prepaid video minutes (not a subscription at launch).

When you access the Service while signed in, we may record your latest IP address, access time, and browser user-agent for account security, abuse prevention, and operational auditing. We handle this technical data as described in our Privacy Policy and do not use an IP address by itself to authenticate you.

You must be 16 or older to use the Service, and you must have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

You agree to the rules in our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no impersonation without consent, no non-consensual sexual content, no political deepfakes, no illegal content.

You retain ownership of the photos, voice samples, scripts, and renders you upload or generate. You grant MagicActors a limited license to host, process, and deliver that content to you and to the providers required to render it.

AI-generated video is not always accurate or representative. See our Disclaimer for details. You are responsible for reviewing every render before publishing it.

Prepaid credit packs are charged at purchase, expire on the date shown, and are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. See the Refund Policy for details.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Data & account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Unused prepaid credits are forfeited when an account is deleted or terminated.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicActors’ liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
