Refund Policy
How refunds work on prepaid minute packs.

MagicActors is sold as prepaid video minutes. This policy explains when we refund those minutes.
1. Failed renders
When a render fails before producing output, we do not debit minutes. You see no balance change. There is nothing to refund.
When a render produces output but the output is unusable due to a provider bug, contact support@magicactors.com within 7 days with the render id. We credit your balance the equivalent minutes if we agree the failure is on our side.
2. Unused minutes
We refund unused minutes from any pack within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided you have used fewer than 10% of the minutes purchased.
After 14 days, or after using more than 10% of the pack, minutes are non-refundable.
3. Account termination
If we terminate your account for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, unused minutes are forfeited.
If you delete your own account, unused minutes are forfeited unless you request a refund via support@magicactors.com before initiating the deletion. The 14-day / 10% rule above still applies.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@magicactors.com from the address registered on your account with the subject “Refund request” and the order id from the receipt email. We respond within 5 business days.
5. Method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payments provider. The refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days after we approve it.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
