GDPR notice

MagicActors is the data controller for the personal data described in the Privacy Policy. For any data-protection inquiry, contact us at privacy@magicactors.com.

• Right of access (Art. 15). Request a copy of the personal data we hold. Email privacy@magicactors.com with the subject “Data export request” — we respond within 30 days with a JSON snapshot.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16). Correct inaccurate fields via Settings or by emailing us.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17). Delete your account from Settings → Data & account. You will receive a confirmation email; clicking the link permanently flags the account for deletion, and we purge the underlying rows within 30 days.
• Right to restriction (Art. 18). Email us describing what processing you would like restricted. We respond within 30 days.
• Right to portability (Art. 20). Currently satisfied via the same email channel as Art. 15 above (JSON export, 30-day SLA). Automated self-service export is on the roadmap.
• Right to object (Art. 21). Object to specific kinds of processing — for example, marketing email — by unsubscribing (every promotional email carries a one-click unsubscribe link) or by emailing us.
• Right to lodge a complaint. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. We’d appreciate you contacting us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Personal data is processed and stored in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with sub-processors where required and review each sub-processor for adequacy. The full sub-processor list is in the Privacy Policy.
